Andrea began her career in the Polymer industry and gained a full appreciation of the business and processes. She subsequently gained her operational experience in the manufacturing and vehicle retail industries. She has owned and ran several of her own businesses and has since gained 10 years experience within the lighter than air field.
In her role, Andrea oversees day-to-day operations, drives operational efficiency, and leads a talented team committed to pushing the boundaries of technology and innovation. Her leadership is focused on delivering high-quality products and services that meet the evolving needs of both internal and external clients.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, dining out and visiting the theatre.

Mark is a Design Manager with
over a decade of experience specializing in aerostats and inflatable structures. He has created manufacturing drawings and pattern sets for countless projects across the globe. Mark is dedicated to enhancing design and production methods, consistently delivering
high-quality products with improved efficiency. Outside of work, Mark is a landlord and enjoys building and renovating properties, he can also
often be found mountain biking in the scenic Welsh Hills.

Matt is the Office manager with over 15 years’ experience in the manufacture of aerostats, airships and inflatable structures. Matt started in the Production team and has also worked in the Quality Assurance team & Purchasing and Logistics. Matt enjoys playing football and rugby while also keeping fit in the gym. When Matt is not in the gym he enjoys spending time with his daughter Ella, cooking and perfecting cocktails with his wife Emma.

Raz began his career as an apprentice design engineer at a company specialising in construction equipment , during this time he gained his HND in mechanical engineering. In 2022, he transitioned to working with aerostats and inflatable structures, currently he creates drawings for both Altaeros UK and US and whenever possible also contributes to production efforts.

Ryan has over 4 years experience as a Manufacturing Associate in the production of aerostats and inflatable structures plus a further 2 years as a mechanical engineer apprentice. Ryan has a proven ability to work under pressure, collaborate effectively as part of a team and a willingness to learn new skills.
